Work With Your Cycle:
In your Reset phase (Week 4) we stop producing luteinizing hormones and follicle stimulate hormones and our progesterone levels peak causing excess production of oil, your skin will look extra shiny and your pores might begin to look larger.
This will lead to breakouts across the chin and lower face area.
Salicylic acid will be your best friend during this phase, adding Spot the Difference serum into your morning and evening skincare routine. It’s boosted with beta-hydroxy acid salicylic to kill bacteria, clear blockages and prevent future breakouts.
