Refunds & Returns
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at crew@fewe.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are nonrefundable
- At this time, we do not accept exchanges. However, you are welcome to return any eligible returns and re-purchase the items of your choice.
- If you would like to initiate an eligible return, please email us at crew@fewe.co.uk for return instructions and next steps.
- We recommend retaining return tracking until your return is processed, as we are not liable for return packages that do not reach us.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to display in your account as processing times vary based on payment providers.
