FAULTY ITEMS 

If an item is delivered to you that is not fit for purpose it is considered as faulty goods. Natural wear & tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.If your item is faulty when it is delivered to you, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date your product was delivered. There is no return delivery charge for faulty items.

For full information on our refund policy, please read below:

  • Please note we only offer refunds and exchanges if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of delivery. This is for hygiene reasons.You are responsible for the arranging and charges of the return shipping. Bundles cannot be exchanged or refunded individually.  

  • To request a return please email crew@fewe.co.uk to request a return, please provide your order number and delivery address. 

  • We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is delivered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

  • There is no extra cost for exchanges, although exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Please note that for Bundle Purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately. 

  • If you have received a different item from the one you ordered - we're sorry! We will get the right product to you - just email crewe@fewe.co.uk with the order details and we will sort the rest.

  • Any items that are not returned as per the above guidelines we won't be able to refund your product. They will also not be able to be returned to you. 

  • If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.

  • Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.

  • Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.

Return Slips

We do not use return slips, to process a return please contact us directly at crewe@fewe.co.uk 

 

 

How do I return?

  • Email us your order number and reason for return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is delivered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

Please note we only offers refunds if:

  • The product packaging is unopened
  • The packaging is in a re-sellable condition
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of your delivery

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We highly recommend sending your return via tracked post as FEWE accepts no liability for any items lost in transit

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
